There is a minimum $75.00 planting fee, plus delivery charge for outside Zone #1

The Following Will Require an Additional Fee:

  • Trees of excessive weight
  • Hauling of excessive soil
  • Dump fees: $5.00 per Wheelbarrow
  • Hauling of plant removal material
  • Tree, stump, or plant removal (not to exceed 2" trunk diameter)
  • Difficult access or excavation
  • Irrigation extensions and/or hook-ups

All plantings are guaranteed for 6 months from the time of purchase provided plants are supplied with irrigation from a system with a working time clock. Guarantee excludes death due to neglect, poor soil conditions, or other natural elements; such as frost, wind, rain, or sunburn. The guarantee is the same variety of plant in the same location. Any variation needs to be discussed with Treeland Nurseries, Inc.

The replacement guarantee is applicable one time only in same location as original planting.

Brazilian Pepper Trees are not guaranteed between March 1st and October 1st.

Treeland Nurseries, Inc. is not liable for any damages to underground utilities and/or irrigation lines. They can be repaired at customers' expense. Utility lines can be marked for no charge by contacting Blue Stake prior to installation. For Blue Stake service call: 602-263-1100.
